We'll do a heavy cleaning Top to Bottom 2. Get all bedding freshly cleaned and neatly placed. Clean all furniture. 3. We can add plants and flowers by request- flowers will be charge based from charge of plants 4. Declutter your home by request. When decorating for spring we like to start with a fresh clean slate. This helps to visualize your space in a whole new way! Clear your tables, countertops, shelves, couches etc. Having a blank slate can help visualize a fresh take on new spring decor. 6. Inspect the exterior of home Top to Bottom and Interior too! 7. Clear out the gutters, drain any water away from the house. 8. Check your windows for cracks or leaks in the seal. 9. Examine your foundation and fill any cracks with caulk. 10. Reconnect the outdoor hoses and turn back on the sprinkler system when it’s at a safe temperature. It’s good to make sure the clock on the sprinkler system is working and check the Pressure Vacuum. Breaker to make sure there is not leaking from the winter which would prevent you from turning on the system in the spring. 11. Air out your home from the winter. It’s good to let a few breezes of fresh air come through your house.
