We started out sharing out our condo in Dallas Texas and since moving up to Northern Michigan we still support families in need all over including Michigan and Texas! We've fallen in love with the process and thought how much fun this would be to help other owners that can't fully support their own properties and want someone else to help. We care about your home. It's "your home away from your other homes". We understand the needs and responsibilities of running a home from top to bottom.
Our services include co-hosting and cleaning, ensuring your property is occupied and clean , and design services to create an inviting atmosphere that appeals to folks visiting from all around. Moreover, our team handles the cleaning, marketing, and even offers a concierge service to cater to your guests' needs.

Michael ,the founder is a host himself- he's on multiple platforms supporting families. He started running his company in Dallas Texas where his knowledge of the markets allowed him to expand and meet homeowners in need of his help in FL and Michigan. When he moved back to Michigan 2022 where he has roots in northern Michigan growing up on Torch Lake, a summer home. He welcomed over 400 families in 2023 in his home. As THOS grew, more homeowners noticed his hard work and by word of mouth, more listings were being added as well as being able to hire cleaners giving Michael the time to focus on other projects while providing income for cleaners looking for work.

We caring about our clients and their homes, because we're that kind of company. Plain and simple- we want our homeowners always comfortable and happy. In addition to caring, we are experts in the Multiple regions: Petoskey, Boyne City, Charlevoix, East Jordan, Harbor Springs, and Traverse City, Torch Lake and Mackinaw City area
