We create a custom hosting strategy including design recommendations, pricing setup, guest experience planning, and operational needs. We have a one time step up fee and you can create a customized contract based on your needs.​

Professional Setup
We coordinate photography, listing creation, smart home setup, guidebooks, and platform onboarding. The Set up fee (minus Furnish finder) goes towards hiring a photographer, online platforms and marketing set up.

Launch & Marketing
Your property is published across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Furnished Finder, and direct booking channels

Ongoing Managment
We handle guest communication, calendar management, pricing strategy, cleaning coordination, and owner reporting.
