What do you charge for cleaning? For multiple properties ,what would you charge if we provided the entire set schedule for the year per property and price for two properties or more?
Description of Service
List of items to have a successful running property.
1. Clean front door glass and threshold.
2. Dust/Wipe/disinfect all furniture and other surfaces within reach.
3. Wash bedding. Quick Wash only so cleaners are not there for over 2.5 hours.
4. Remember Guest Leave at 11am and check in starting at 3pm. Possible early check-ins may happen.
5. Keep up with an inventory list for property manager and alert manager when items are low.
6. Take 'before and after' photos when guests leave. This is used in case of any damages/messy guests. We report the photos to Airbnb/VRBO etc. This also protects cleaners from liability.
7. Turn down the A/C the the required temp. Each property's owners have a temp they want the house set at. Property manager will alert prior to start.
8. Close all Blinds
9. Fire Place should be turn off.
10. Welcome Binder should be set on kitchen counter.
11. Every property has a "Owners Closet" with extra bedding supplies. So the cleaning turn can stay under 2 hours.
12. Clean as if you are a airbnb about to visit and your cleaning will be noticed by guest and they will provide a review giving 1-5 star review. Any negitive reviews about the cleaning are subject to termination. It's very important to make the house smell clean and fresh before you leave. Please spray febreze at the end of clean.
13. Fluff all pillows
14. All Toliet paper folded
15. Inspect and Clear: Go through your rental and remove any items left behind by previous guests.
16. Linen Change: Change the bed linens
17. Kitchen Cleanup: Clean the kitchen thoroughly
18. Dusting and Wiping: Dust and wipe down every surface in the house to eliminate any accumulated grime.
19. Floor Maintenance: Clean the floors and vacuum carpets
20. Bathroom Scrub: Scrub and sanitize toilets
21. Focus on Touchpoints: Pay attention to high-touch areas like countertops
22. Trash Disposal: Dispose of all trash and clean the dustbins. Take trash with you at end of cleaning. NO trash is to be left in the exterior trash bins. If the property has a dumpster- please dump all trash at the dumpster. If the property does not have a dumpster

25. Clear Surfaces: Clean transparent and reflective surfaces for a polished look.
26. Germ-prone Area Disinfection: Disinfect areas prone to germs to ensure a hygienic environment.
27. Final Touches: Add the finishing touches to enhance the welcoming feel of the space before leaving.
