I declare that the information I have provided is true and correct, and contains no misrepresentations. If misrepresentations are found after a residential lease agreement is entered into between the Landlord and Applicant, the Landlord shall have the option to terminate the residential lease agreement and seek all available remedies. All payments made are final. In case of emergencies or cancellations requested by applicant of submitting applications, refunds may be processed and a cancellation fee will apply. Processing fees will be charged depending on if a CC was used in case of refunds. We understand life happens and we want to you to be fully happy and comfortable. The Applicant authorizes the Landlord to verify all references and facts, including but not limited to current and previous landlords, employers and personal references. The Applicant understands that incomplete or incorrect information provided in the application may cause a delay in processing or may result in the denial of the application. IF an application is subject to not move forward, THOS will destroy all documentation of application. Any mistakes found by any of the parties in the application after submission (ie misspelling etc) the applicant(s) will be required to resubmit. THOS  evaluate any and all applications and the property manager THOS will connect with the applicants that the owner has approved.
