When booking direct, your total will include:

• Nightly rate

• Cleaning fee

• Applicable lodging taxes & CC Fee of 3.3%

Booking direct supports a local business and allows more of your payment to go directly back into the home—helping us maintain a higher-quality experience for our guests.

Our direct booking pricing is already structured to be fair and transparent. We do not offer additional discounts for booking direct, as we have a financial responsibility to the property owners.
