Our team will work with you to determine which items matter most, create perfect storage solutions, and ensure that your space is organized and ready for both you and your guests to enjoy!

  • House Sitting/Check ins

    We recommend 1 visit per week to collect any mail, packages, inspect interior and exterior. Charge is per visit.

  • Event/Party Planning

    How We Charge:Our pricing is tailored to the type, size, and complexity of your party. Here are some examples: 1. Percentage of Event Budget We charge 25%–30% of the total event budget. This works well for clients who want full-service planning, including venue selection, décor, catering, entertainment, and more. 💡 Example: Event Budget: $15,000 Planner Fee (25%): $2,250 Includes 20+ hours of planning, vendor coordination, and day-of execution. 2. Hourly Rate For clients who only need partial services (e.g., setup, cleanup, or vendor coordination), we offer hourly rates ranging from $28–$200+ per hour. 💡 Example: Event Type: Backyard birthday party for 20 guests Services Provided: Setup, day-of coordination, and cleanup (10 hours total) Fee: $50/hour = $500 3. Per Guest Rate This option is ideal for large-scale birthday celebrations where we focus on guest experience and logistics. 💡 Example: Event Type: Birthday party for 40+ guests at a private venue Rate: $50 per guest + covering cost of day-of staffing. Total Fee: $2,000 Covers planning, coordination, décor, entertainment, and day-of staffing. Retainment Fee To secure your event date and begin the planning process, we require a non-refundable retainment fee. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your event. 💡 Example: Retainment Fee: The retainment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee secures your date and covers initial planning, consultations, and time invested.$500–$5,000 (depending on the event size and scope) This fee covers: -Initial consultation/site visit -Securing your event date -Preliminary planning and vendor coordination Once the retainment fee is paid, we begin working on your custom event plan, ensuring every detail is perfectly tailored to your vision. Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and professionalism, we have the following policy for cancellations: Cancellation Timeline for Refunds (not retainment fee) 120+ Days Before the Event: A partial refund may be provided for additional payments beyond the retainment fee. Example: Refund 50% of payments made toward services not yet rendered. Less Than 120 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued. By this time, significant planning, vendor bookings, and preparations have already been completed. Force Majeure (Unexpected Circumstances) In the event No matter the size or style of your birthday party, we’re here to make it stress-free and spectacular. Let’s get started! 🎂✨

Lots of designers charge too much- we don't. The goal is to make money off your rental even during slow season- let's create a simple goal and create a beautiful space.
