We are also happy to tailor your plans. We want your home to be Airbnb Ready and a place you will be happy to call home.

Finalize your Plan
When your service agreement is signed, paid and have picked a publishing date, VTM will publish your listing! THOS works under VTM as their direct employee. THOS has over 15 years of property mgt/str experience from Texas and Florida. THOS is fully employed and licensed in Michigan as a real estate agent by hired by VTM to operate as a subbranch of VTM and support VTM's STR. We are fully supported and supervised by Broker Van Treese Mgt to help VTM operate STR's services. By signing, you choose to give VTM permission to collect income on your behalf. We publish your home onto multiple platforms, partner with those platforms and our PMS or otherwise chosen. We want you to be successful!
