2. We’ll talk together about your home, what you're looking for and how we can help. Remember ,it's okay that your home may not be ready or staged nicely for guests- that's why we're here. We can design, stage and Van Treese Mgt offers STR mgt! As well as lawn care & snow removal services.
We are also happy to tailor your plans. We want your home to be Airbnb Ready and a place you will be happy to call home.

Once you choose, we then start the contract and marketing process including arrangements for professional photos, drone/virtual photography and any other important items required regarding your home. As the owner you have the option to be a "co-host" on the platform so you can see the calendar of guests.

Finalize your Plan
When your service agreement is signed, paid and have picked a publishing date, VTM will publish your listing! THOS works under VTM as their direct employee. The Broker is family member of THOS who has over 15 years of property mgt/str experience nation wide. THOS is fully employed by VTM to operate and support VTM's STR. We are fully supported by Broker VTM to help VTM operate STR's of Van Treese Mgt is operating services. By signing, you choose to give VTM permission to collect income on your behalf. We publish your home onto multiple platforms, partner with those platforms and our PMS or otherwise chosen. We want you to be successful!
